Services at the NEC
A great venue for a great event
The National Exhibition Centre (NEC) near Birmingham is one of the best exhibition venues anywhere in Europe.
In the heart of the UK, it is exceptionally well served by air, road and rail links.

Wheelchair Hire
A limited number of manual wheelchairs and walkers are available, free of charge, on a first-come-first served basis within the NEC. Electric scooters can be hired at a cost of £25 per day. Please telephone our suppliers, Magbility, on +44 (0)1527 837076 to book in advance. Lines are open 09:00 to 18:00 Monday to Sunday (UK time).
Hearing Impairments
Public telephones are available for persons with hearing impairments. An induction loop audio system is fitted in Concourse Suites 1 and 2.
Medical Facilities
The NEC:
The main Medical Centre is in the Piazza, near Hall 5 entrance to Euro Bus Expo. Qualified staff are on duty throughout Euro Bus Expo.
Medical Emergencies
In the event of a medical emergency please notify a member of Security or any member of staff who will be pleased to help you. Alternatively, call the Medical Centre on 2222 using the internal telephones located inside the main venues.
Toilets
The NEC has Male and Female wheelchair accessible toilets.

The NEC Group are members of the "Employers Forum on Disability", and have signed up to the Disability Access Charter.
An in-house committee meets regularly to address services for disabled visitors, and regular audits of our building are undertaken in respect of access.
